Core required. Core charges are refundable if a like core is received within 30 days of purchase. If your order is a shipping order, you are responsible for the shipping charges to get the core back to us. You'll see the core charge added into the shipping charge for orders being shipped. If you are a local pick-up, you'll be responsible for bringing the core in at the time of pick-up, or the core charge will need to be paid at that time, before you receive your part(s).
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure product fitment prior to purchase. We do not accept returns for lack of knowledge and/or misdiagnosis. If you want/need additional pictures, request them prior to purchase. The parts are used, do not expect "new" condition.
We do not ship cabs, beds, or frames. You're welcome to arrange your own transportation/shipping, and coordinate the details with us. Parts can be picked up Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm, and we will help load.
