Information about Impounds

We are contracted with multiple lots, businesses, and living complexes throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart. Any vehicles impounded were instructed to be picked up by said lot, business, or complex owner and/or management. We do not create the grounds for impound, nor will they be argued with us. We simply do our job when called to do so.

Releases

Impounds are released Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm. You will need to bring your ID along with a proof of ownership for the vehicle you are picking up. Payments for impounds are cash only. Storage is $65/day for normal passenger vehicles. Vehicles will be held for 30 days before ownership is forfeited. You can call 574-472-1277 to request your impound amount before coming in, and/or to schedule a pickup time.

There are no exceptions for releasing hours, payment method, or proof of ownership documents required. Impounded vehicles will not be released to another tow company, insurance company, or individual without the owners written permission.
