Cores, Warranty, Shipping, Returns/Refunds, Damaged Items
Core charges are refundable if a like core is received within 30 days of purchase. If your order is a shipping order, you are responsible for the shipping charges to get the core back to us. You'll see the core charge added into the shipping charge for orders being shipped. If you are a local pick-up, you'll be responsible for bringing the core in at the time of pick-up, or the core charge will need to be paid at that time, before your order can be loaded.
If the product(s) you are purchasing state that they come with a 30-day warranty, that warranty starts when you receive your product (your pick-up date or delivery date via postal carrier). We will exchange a warrantied item within the 30 day period for a like-item, as long as we have the same part in stock. Only in the case that the part is no longer in stock, will a return be processed. You are responsible for the shipping expense to get the item back to us in the same condition as it left. Once we have the item in our possession and have confirmed it's like-condition, we will process the refund for your original purchase and original shipping cost. The return shipping cost will not be refunded.
For any other situation, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
If you need a shipped item warrantied, you are responsible for the return shipping to get the original product back to us. We will cover the shipping expense of the like-part going back to you. The replacement part will not be shipped until the original is received back, in the same condition as it left.
If your order is damaged in-transit via postal carrier, contact us at 574-472-1277 immediately, and email photos of box and item(s) condition to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your name and order number in the email.
